Terms of Service

1. The service

PARROT CHAT provides multilingual messaging, rooms, cached translations, language-learning assistance, invitations, notifications, and optional paid features. Availability may vary by device, operating system, region, and service status.

2. Accounts

Use accurate information and keep your account and devices secure. Do not use another person's account or bypass authentication. Tell us promptly if you notice unusual account activity.

3. Conversations and invitations

You retain rights in messages and files you create. You authorize us to store, transmit, display, translate, and distribute them to participants as needed to operate the service. Share invite links only with intended people, and manage room membership responsibly.

4. Translation and AI features

Translations and learning results are generated for convenience and may contain errors or miss context. Confirm medical, legal, financial, safety, or other important decisions against the original and with a qualified professional. Avoid entering another person's sensitive information unnecessarily.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Illegal, fraudulent, harassing, threatening, hateful, or rights-infringing content
• Malware, unauthorized access, abusive automation, or interference with reliability
• Impersonation, invite-link abuse, payment manipulation, or security bypasses
• Unauthorized sharing of personal, confidential, or copyrighted material

6. Paid features

Prices, billing periods, renewal, and cancellation terms appear at checkout and in the relevant app store or payment provider. Refunds and cancellations follow provider procedures and applicable law. Paid access may be limited when a payment is unconfirmed or reversed.

7. Changes and restrictions

We may change or temporarily suspend features for security, legal obligations, maintenance, or quality improvements. We may limit content or account access when necessary to address violations, security risks, or harm to others.

8. Responsibility

We use reasonable efforts to keep the service reliable, but cannot guarantee networks, devices, external providers, or automated translation accuracy. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law except for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Updates and contact
